Program 05

Youth Exercise Specialization

Ages 11+. Build the athlete before you build the specialist.

Overview

The Program

Young athletes need more than sport practice. Youth Exercise Specialization builds the foundation — coordination, balance, speed, agility and age-appropriate strength — that helps kids move better, stay healthier and enjoy their sport longer.

Training is matched to each child's age, maturity and experience, with an emphasis on proper technique, safe progression and making training something kids look forward to.
