Aging / Senior Fitness and Functional Training
Stay strong, steady and independent for the life you want to live.

The Program
Strength, balance and mobility are the foundation of independence as we age. This program uses functional training — the movements of everyday life — to help older adults get stronger, improve balance, reduce fall risk and keep doing what they love.
Jeff's background in geriatric fitness, hospital-based fitness facilities and cardiac and pulmonary rehab means programs are built with health conditions, medications and medical history in mind.
