Comprehensive Movement Screen and Post-Rehab Bridge Program Development
Close the gap between finishing rehab and getting back to full performance.
The Program
Being discharged from physical therapy doesn't mean you're ready for full training or competition. The post-rehab bridge program fills that gap, using the Icon assessment — including a dedicated battery of tests for bridge work in post-injury and rehab program design — to find the asymmetries, compensations and weak links that remain after an injury or surgery.
Drawing on years of clinical experience in physical therapy and cardiac and pulmonary rehab, Jeff builds a progressive plan that restores strength, mobility and confidence, and coordinates with your physician or therapist when needed.
Screens are performed by Jeff Green, FMS Level 1 certified.
Please note: This program is not a substitute for physical therapy or medical care. Clients recovering from injury or surgery should have clearance from their medical provider.
